People don’t travel in time. Time travels in people.

A year ago, I couldn’t walk this path for being in so much pain. And I would pray to my God, to nature, to whatever, to heal me and also to my future self. To send me some kind of healing energy back. Now, here, a year later, I’m able to walk without that much pain.

And so what I’m doing is I’m traveling in time. I’m sending the energy back to my past self that was calling out for assistance. Because now, after I’ve healed some, I’m able to give it. That’s how I travel in time.
