Frances Named “Woman of the Year” for St. Sebastian YLI
The “Young Ladies Institute,” a Catholic Women’s auxiliary for St. Sebastian’s Church selected Frances as their “Woman of the Year” for 2006. There was a Catholic Mass and reception in celebration on October 21, 2006.
